AgroYield Marketplace Agreement (v1)
By using the AgroYield marketplace to buy or sell agricultural commodities, you agree to the following terms:
1. Escrow protection
Buyer payments are held in AgroYield's escrow wallet. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms delivery, or after a 7-day auto-release window passes without a buyer dispute.
2. Commission
AgroYield charges a 1.5% commission on each successful sale, deducted before the seller receives their share.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility ends once the seller has shipped the goods. Disputes are resolved by AgroYield admin based on evidence submitted by both parties.
4. Listing accuracy
Sellers warrant that listings accurately describe the commodity, quality, quantity, and origin. Misrepresentation can result in suspension and refund to the buyer.
5. Lawful use
You agree to use the marketplace only for lawful agricultural commerce. AgroYield reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity.
6. Liability
AgroYield acts as a platform facilitator. Quality, safety, and ownership of the underlying commodities remain the responsibility of the buyer and seller respectively.
7. Changes
This agreement may be updated. Material changes are issued as a new version; you'll be prompted to re-acknowledge before your next transaction.
