If you can't sign in, work through this list in order — about 95% of cases are one of the first three.
1. Wrong password
The simplest cause. From the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a minute or two. The link is valid for 24 hours.
If you don't receive the email, check Junk first — Apple Mail and some Gmail filters can flag transactional emails from new senders. The reset email comes from noreply@agroyield.africa.
2. Email not yet confirmed
If you signed up but never clicked the verification link in the welcome email, your account is locked until you do. The verification email goes out the moment you sign up, but it can occasionally arrive in Junk.
Fix: open the welcome email and click the verification link. If you can't find the email, sign up again with the same email address — we'll resend the verification rather than create a duplicate account.
3. Browser cache / cookies issue
This happens occasionally if you've used multiple devices and the older session is stuck.
Fix: sign out from all devices via Account → Security → Sign out everywhere, then sign back in. If you're already locked out, clearing cookies for agroyield.africa and trying again usually does it.
4. Account suspended for policy violation
Rare, but if you see a message saying your account is suspended, you'll have received an email at the same address explaining why and how to appeal. If you didn't, email support@agroyield.africa with your registered email and we'll resend.
5. Account deleted via Right-to-be-Forgotten
If you previously requested account deletion (under NDPC / GDPR), the account no longer exists. You can sign up again as a new user, but the old account's data is permanently gone.
