We ship changes to AgroYield Network most weekdays. Some of those changes are visible (a new feature, a redesigned page, a new module). Others are invisible (security hardening, performance, infrastructure). Either way, we publish a brief drop summarising every meaningful change so you can keep up without watching commits.
Where to read the release notes
The main feed lives at /whats-new. Drops are grouped by ISO week (Mon–Sun) so a single page surfaces about a week of activity. Each drop has a title, summary, audience tag (who the change is most relevant to — owners, operators, admins, investors, or all), and a "Read more" link that takes you to the per-drop page.
The per-drop pages (e.g. /whats-new/agr-191-business-wallets) include the full body, related links, and Open Graph metadata so when you share the link on Slack / WhatsApp / X, the preview card looks right.
RSS feed
Add https://agroyield.africa/whats-new/rss.xml to your feed reader (Feedly, NetNewsWire, Inoreader, etc.). The feed is a standard RSS 2.0 with full-HTML body via content:encoded, so the post renders in your reader exactly as it does on the website. New drops appear in your reader within ~5 minutes of publication.
The feed is auto-discoverable — most readers will find it if you subscribe to /whats-new itself.
Email subscription
Want the drops in your inbox? Subscribe at the bottom of /whats-new. You'll get a digest each Monday morning summarising the week's drops with click-through to the per-drop pages.
Audience tags
We tag every drop with one or more audiences so you can filter to what's relevant:
- All — applies to everyone using the platform
- Owner — relevant to people who own a business on AgroYield
- Operator — relevant to people who run day-to-day operations (HR, payroll, marketplace listings)
- Admin — relevant to AgroYield admins (RBAC, settings, vendors, compliance)
- Investor — relevant to investors and lenders integrating with AgroScore
Most drops are tagged "All" because most changes affect most users. Specialised drops (admin-only, operator-only) get the narrower tag.
How drops get published
Drops are written by the AgroYield team in our admin CMS at /admin/feature-announcements. Each drop has a draft / scheduled / published state — drafts are visible only to admins, scheduled drops auto-publish at their scheduled time, published drops appear immediately in /whats-new + the RSS feed + the next email digest.
If you spot a drop with a typo, wrong screenshot, or stale information, reply to any of our emails and we'll fix it.
