How to find your way around
Sign in and the Dashboard becomes your home base. It pulls together everything relevant to your role — recent community posts, upcoming mentorship sessions, grant deadlines, business metrics — and surfaces quick actions to jump to whatever module you need.
Most modules have an inline FAQ and a "What's new" callout when features change.
What if I get stuck?
Three options, in order of speed:
- The chat bubble at the bottom-right of every page — staffed during West Africa working hours, falls back to ticket creation outside those hours
- The /faq page — quick answers organized by module
- This Help Center (you're already here) — longer-form guides, troubleshooting, policy details, and module deep-dives
