How it works
You tell us your needs
Number of seats, programme dates, who handles billing. We agree on pricing per organisation — no public sticker price.
We invoice you
One annual (or quarterly) invoice via bank transfer. Procurement-friendly. We send a PDF; you process it through your normal payables flow.
You add your members
Your designated admin invites members by email from a private dashboard. Each accepts and is upgraded automatically.

Frequently asked
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No hard minimum, but the maths usually works best from around 25 seats. Below that, the individual Pro or Growth plans are typically a better fit.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Institutional billing is invoice-based with bank-transfer remittance. We don't charge cards on file.
What happens when our contract ends?
Members revert to the free tier and keep all their data. We'll reach out before the end date with a renewal proposal.
Can a member already on Pro or Growth join?
Yes. Their existing paid plan is preserved (we never overwrite it). When they leave the institution they keep their original plan if it's still active.
How do invoices work?
You get a PDF invoice numbered INST-YYYY-NNNN with our bank details, a service period, and Net 30 terms by default. Custom terms negotiable.
Can our designated admin manage seats themselves?
In Phase 1, members are invited by AgroYield staff on your behalf based on a list you provide. Phase 2 (rolling out shortly) will give your admin a self-serve dashboard.
